Agrimin is a fast growing company specialising in the development and distribution of a technical range of nutritional and animal health products for ruminants. As part of a strategy for continued expansion Agrimin is seeking to recruit a field based:

Position Summary

Lead, plan, direct, and co-ordinate the field sales force activities. Provide strategic and tactical territory/market input. Develop and analyse financial data. Incorporate shared values and behaviours into performing all aspects of the position.


§ Bachelor’s Degree. (Business or related field preferred.)

§ Minimum of 10 years’ experience. (Animal Health or related field preferred.)

§ Experience in effective sales personnel recruiting, development and management.

§ Ability to work independently.

§ Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

§ Effective interpersonal skills.

§ Ability to set priorities, delegate responsibility, manage multiple tasks and remain focused.

§ Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

§ Ability to interpret a variety of technical information.

§ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

§ Strong knowledge of PC package tools

§ Knowledge of business process and the ability to work within the general business hierarchy.

§ Valid Driving license.
