Cargill has appointed two new ruminant technical sales managers in its UK team.
Based in South Yorkshire, Alex Goldthorpe is now responsible for technical sales support for Cargill customers in the east of England, from Northumberland to Kent.
Alex has a background in a family feed milling business in South Yorkshire. She studied agricultural science at the Royal Agricultural College. Prior to joining Cargill in June 2020, she had a technical and sales role with a feed additive company, responsible for training and account management.
Also new to the team is Helen Rogers who is providing technical sales
support to Cargill’s key customers in the Midlands, south west England and Wales. Based in Cheshire, Helen has a degree in bio-veterinary science from The University of Liverpool and a postgraduate diploma in ruminant nutrition from Harper Adams University.
She was a ruminant sales specialist for feed and animal health companies in the north west and worked as a technical adviser for a national feed additives company, providing support for UK and export customers.
